A Paoli man is facing various charges following a trespassing investigation in Orange County.
A state trooper identified 49-year-old James Kendall and his vehicle on the complainant’s home video camera.
A short time later, police pulled Kendall over for a traffic violation.
It was learned he was wanted for a parole violation in Indiana and his driver’s license was suspended.
During a search of his vehicle, marijuana was found.
Kendall was arrested for Parole Violation for Battery, Driving While Suspended Prior, and Possession of Marijuana.
