The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Loogootee man Tuesday for Criminal Confinement, Sexual Battery, Battery on a Minor, Child Exploitation, and Intimidation.
60-year-old John William Masterson is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested 24-year-old Kevin Michael Dale Kendall of Petersburg Tuesday on a warrant for two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex or Violent Offender, two counts of Illegal Sex Offender Residency, and one count of Lifetime Parole Violation.
Kendall is being held on $100,000 bond.
Washington Police arrested 41-year-old Heather Potts of Washington Tuesday for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Potts is being held without bond.
And The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 67-year-old Gayman Levonia of Terre Haute Tuesday on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke.
Levonia is being held on $10,000 bond.
178 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Wednesday morning.
