Sullivan Police arrested a Sullivan woman Wednesday night after being dispatched to the 11-hundred block of Main Street for a breaking and entering in progress.
When Sullivan Police and Sullivan County Sheriff’s deputies arrived, they noticed a ladder was used to enter a window and they heard movement inside the residence.
A woman who left the residence from the rear door was taken into custody.
Police say there was an active no contact order between the woman, identified as 61-year-old Tina Gourley of Sullivan, and the homeowner.
Gourley was also found to be intoxicated.
She was arrested on preliminary charges of Residential Entry, Invasion of Privacy, and Disorderly Conduct.
