The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested a Jasonville man early Wednesday morning after being dispatched to a domestic dispute where the victim said she was battered, and a firearm was placed in her mouth.
The sheriff’s office says the victim fled the residence and ran two miles before someone allowed her into their home and called 911.
A search warrant was issued for a residence in Hymera, Indiana.
31-year-old Bryce Emory of Jasonville was arrested on preliminary charges of Domestic Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Confinement, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
