Pancake Hired as Principal at Petersburg Elementary School

A longtime principal in the Vincennes Community School Corporation is headed to Pike County to take over at Petersburg Elementary School.

The Pike County School Board has named Franklin Elementary’s Melissa Pancake as the new Principal.

Pancake ends eleven years at Franklin to take the post.

Her honors include being named District 11 Principal in 2020.
