New York Man Arrested in Knox Co. for Driving 113 MPH in 60 MPH Zone

An Indiana State Trooper arrested a New York man Monday night for driving 113 miles an hour in a 60 mile per hour zone on US 50 in Knox County.

35-year-old Jose Franco-Flores of White Plains, New York is facing preliminary charges of Operating While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving.
