Ellettsville Spa Owner Arrested

The Ellettsville Police Department confirms it has arrested an Evansville man in Virginia for corrupt business practices, including the alleged sale of sexually explicit services at a Bloomington massage parlor.

Police launched an investigation after receiving an anonymous tip in mid-October 2024 about prostitution at Sun Flower 99 Spa on West Richland Plaza Drive.

After three months of surveillance, the investigation led to charges against 51-year-old Zhongqiang Teng, the spa’s owner.
