Oakland City Woman Arrested for Attempting to Interfere with Drug Test

The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office reports an Oakland City woman is facing charges after attempting to interfere with a drug test.

The sheriff’s office says deputies were dispatched to Gibson County Community Corrections Thursday afternoon where 40-year-old Amanda Pemberton was seen attempting to use a device to interfere with a drug screen.

Following an investigation, Pemberton was taken to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Interfering with a Drug Screening and Possession of a Device or Substance Used to Interfere with a Screening Test.
