Buildings in Gibson and Sullivan Counties on Indiana Landmarks’ 10 Most Endangered List

Indiana Landmarks released its 10 most endangered list of Hoosier landmarks on Monday, and it includes the Sollman School in Snake Run outside of Fort Branch in Gibson County.

In addition, the list includes College Hall at the Merom Camp & Retreat Center in Sullivan County.

Places that land on the 10 Most Endangered list often face a combination of problems rather than a single threat—abandonment, neglect, dilapidation, obsolete use, development pressure, or owners who simply lack money for repairs.
