Judge Rules Against Delphi Double Murder Suspect

The judge in the double murder case against Richard Allen in Delphi has ruled against his defense team’s request to get evidence thrown out.

The defense team alleged police were not telling the truth when they searched Allen’s home and seized a gun.

The judge disagreed and there is a new hearing in the case next Friday.

Allen’s trial for allegedly killing Libby German and Abby Williams in 2017 is scheduled to start in October.
