The city of Haubstadt is scrambling to figure out why no one received their water bill after they were mailed out at the end of July.
Clerk-Treasurer Bonnie Wagner says she is not aware the city has ever had this problem.
The local post office sent the bills to their distribution center in Louisville, Kentucky and don’t know what happened after that.
New bills are being printed for people who stop in city offices.
