A Gibson County woman is being sought by authorities after cutting off her GPS ankle monitor and failing to return to work release.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Maranda Sloan failed to return to lawful detention after being released to go to work Sunday night from the Gibson County Community Corrections Center.
Her damaged ankle monitor was found in a field by the sheriff’s department’s K-9.
The sheriff’s office says if you see her, don’t approach her, but call law enforcement immediately.
