A man was arrested on several charges in Gibson County Saturday.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a man firing gunshots in the air in the area of East State Road 168.
The suspect, 48-year-old Travis Siekman of Oakland City, was taken into custody.
Police found several spent shell casings and a 9mm handgun.
It was also learned that Siekman was prohibited from possessing a handgun due to an active protective order that was placed against him.
He’s been charged with possession of paraphernalia, meth and marijuana, invasion of privacy, and criminal recklessness.
