Ramp And Lane Closures Planned for U.S. 50 In Knox County

The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced upcoming ramp and lane closures for U.S. 50 near Vincennes in Knox County.

Ramp and lane closures on U.S. 50 are scheduled to start Monday between Hillcrest Road and North 2nd Street.

Ramp closures will occur to the U.S. 41 southbound to U.S. 50 westbound ramp and the U.S. 50 eastbound to 6th Street ramp.

Lane and ramp closures will allow crews to perform bridge maintenance operations to the Hillcrest Road Bridge.

Work is expected to take two weeks to complete, depending on the weather.

Motorists are encouraged to use the other ramps at the U.S. 41 and U.S. 50 cloverleaf as a detour.
