Good Samaritan Hospital Receives National Stroke Care Recognition

Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes is the recipient of the American Heart Association’s Get with the Guidelines – Stroke Gold Plus quality achievement award.

That award recognizes the hospital for its commitment to ensuring stroke patients receive the most appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized, research-based guidelines.

Stroke is the 5th leading cause of death and a leading cause of disability in the U.S.
