Indianapolis Lawyer Files Disciplinary Grievance Against Rokita

Indianapolis lawyer William Groth has filed a disciplinary grievance against Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita.

Groth says Rokita violated his duties when he called on the public to sue the Indiana Department of Public Health to copy and inspect reports of terminated pregnancies.

Rokita was found to have violated the state’s Rules of Professional Conduct by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission for commenting on Fox News about his office’s investigation into Dr. Caitlin Bernard.
