Authorities in central and northern Indiana are warning about an illegal drug called Medetomidine.
Originally approved in the 1990’s as a sedative for dogs, it’s now being found mixed with other illegal drugs like fentanyl, Xylazine, and heroin.
The drug is often called the “Zombie Drug” due to symptoms such as sedation, dry mouth, and muscle twitching.
