A special judge has decided the jury in the murder trial of Richard Allen will come from Allen County.
The 50-year-old Allen is accused of murdering Abby Williams and Libby German near Delphi, Indiana.
Allen will have a bail hearing on February 17th.
The trial itself will take place in Carroll County.
