One of Fort Wayne’s lawmakers wants Indiana to seriously look at more train service.
Senator Dennis Kruse this month introduced a plan to create the Indiana Passenger Rail Commission which would study how to connect the state’s major cities by train.
Kruse says it would help the state to have a network of trains, and he points to the South Shore Line that connects South Bend and Chicago as an example.
