Deadline for Indiana Mail-In Absentee Ballots Is Again November 3rd

The deadline for mail-in absentee ballots to be received in Indiana is back to being on Election Day.

A U.S. Court of Appeals reversed a district judge’s order to count mail-in ballots through November 13th.

Absentee ballots must now be returned on November 3rd.

Attorney General Curtis Hill is in favor of the new ruling.
