An Indiana Republican congressman is defending his proposal to deny anyone arrested at a protest federal unemployment benefits. Congressman Jim Banks says the idea is to make sure that people who destroy statues, or commit other federal crimes are not allowed to get unemployment. Banks says several cities across this country have been turned into war zones this summer and something must be done to get it under control.
