The Indiana State Department of Health reported 721 new cases of coronavirus on Tuesday. Over the last seven days, the positivity rate in the state is 6.8 percent. However, 16 more Hoosiers have died from COVID-19, bringing that total to 3,093 deaths. The hot spot in Indiana is in Martin County, where nearly 21% of the tests are coming back positive.
