Evansville Woman Charged with Two Counts of Murder

Evansville Police have arrested a woman who admitted to two fatal shootings.

Police say 24-year-old Siddigga Allen of Evansville shot and killed two women Saturday morning.

Allen told police she shot 23-year-old Whitney Allen while she was asleep in her home.

Allen also said she shot 53-year-old Bobbie Rice who was sitting in her car right outside the home.

The reasoning was that the two women were “stealing checks and not listening” to Allen.

Police found both victims and pronounced them dead at the scene.

Allen is charged with two counts of murder.
