The first buildings are coming up at the location of Vincennes University’s new French Village.
The project, being engineered by RQAW and constructed by Wolfe Construction, stretches 4 city blocks between 2nd Street and the Vincennes Riverfront. Work on the job site began October 23.
Phase 1 of the French Quarter is slated to be complete by this fall.
