Indiana State Police arrested a Daviess County man following a near accident in Terre Haute. Troopers claim the vehicle driven by 59 year-old Jeffrey Rohrer nearly collided with a I-S-P vehicle. A further investigation showed Rohrer allegedly driving with a point one-one blood-alcohol content–nearly one and a half times the legal driving limit.
Rohrer is charged with operating while intoxicated and for operating while intoxicated, endangerment. He was booked into the Vigo County Jail.
