The family of the little girl from South Bend, Indiana who fell to her death from a cruise ship in Puerto Rico is likely to sue by the end of the month.
Lawyers for 18-month-old Chloe Wiegand’s family say they’re planning to sue the cruise ship who they blame for her death.
